I arrived without an appointment to have my front and rear brakes checked. I recommend calling ahead. It was highly recommended that I have my rotors and brakes replaced. I do not remember the gentleman who helped me but I can tell you that he handle his business. I truly appreciated it. I was not in the shop too long at all, plus the TV helped me pass the time. Thank you Sir.

I normally do all of my own brake work. But while I tried to remove my rotors on my 2009 Honda CRV I couldn't turn the rotor retainer screws. I took it to Brakes 4 Less. They ended up having to drill them out and replace with new ones. The work and time to have the screws delivered took a little over 2 hours. I was only charged the one hour minimum and they repaired all 4 screws. I would return to this crew without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Brakes for Less. The young men were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong and what I needed. They gave me choices in the packages that I could choose for my car. I would do business with this company again. Thank you!

Morris was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my brakes and rotors issues. I highly recommend. Going there definitely save me alot of money than the Audi dealership. Not to mention, my parts have a great warranty.

Date of Service: March 25, 2025 I went in late afternoon for a brake inspection. The hubcaps that had been securely attached to my car for two years came off shortly after I left the shop — something I didn’t realize until my second stop, less than 45 minutes later, when I noticed one missing. When I called back, the young man who said he was the manager (and the one who worked on my vehicle) claimed everything had been installed correctly and that the valve stem cap was already missing. However, these were the same hubcaps I’d had for two years with no issues, and they came off less than an hour after leaving the shop. I told him that, but he was defensive. Maybe mistakes were made — hubcaps can be tricky to put on — but regardless, it wasn’t my fault. The staff weren’t as friendly this time as on previous visits. I’ve come in before for free brake inspections without any issues, but this time I was told it would be my last one because I was “flagged,” which I found odd since I don’t go there very often. That already left me feeling uneasy. I contacted customer service and received an initial response the same evening, but haven’t heard anything since. The manager said the dis
